    Lived experience should shape decisions, not decorate a report.

    We use AI to organize notes, draft structures, test ideas, simplify language and save time. We do not use it to invent evidence, replace consultation, make decisions or submit unchecked work.

    Humans stay in charge. We are the final arbiters.

  • Yes. We offer fractional support for organizations that need senior input but do not need a full-time hire.

    This can include grants, governance, operations, communications, reporting, project oversight or strategy support.
